The founding partners of AllSecure International Ltd are S.E. Link Ltd, the developers and proprietors of SecuriLink system and D'Alessandro & Associates Ltd an established management consultancy firm based in Malta.

S.E. Link Ltd was established by Samy El Saghir in 1995 as an ambitious venture, which seeks to meet the demands of local and overseas firms for the cost-effective development of I.T., based solutions to organisational challenges. Mr. Samy El Saghir set up the company as a vehicle through which his involvement in overseas organisations and his own expertise in the field of I.T. systems development could be combined to provide I.T focused organisations with a high calibre cost effective support. The company is a forward-looking organisation, which utilises the very latest I.T. technology to allow it to compete effectively not only in Malta, but also in the international market.

S.E. Link Limited is a dynamic company, utilising a wide range of software platforms to develop effective technology based solutions to challenges faced by companies in different industries. It has developed groundbreaking internationally acclaimed solutions such as its SecuriLink electronic payment systems and its theatre reservations management systems that allows correlation of individual seat views to available places to be booked.

S.E. Link Limited also enjoys the full support of two well established overseas sister organisations, which each have many years of experience in I.T systems development and hardware, namely: S.E. Systems International in the U.S.A., S.E.S. Trade in Egypt.

D’Alessandro & Associates Ltd was set up by Stephen P. D’Alessandro in 1984 and over the years has been involved in a wide variety of international management consultancy projects in Europe and Northern Africa. The company provides a range of consultancy and support services designed to assist clients, particularly SMEs, in improving their competitivity and overall performance. It’s services are primarily focused on three main areas, namely, strategy formulation and implementation including business planning, training and development of senior executives and international merger and acquisition services.

Operating under the banner of TradeClub International, the company puts together the resources of a network of independent consultancy firms in different parts of Europe to provide a more international perspective. It operates under the banner of TradeClub International and has specialised in the provision of consultancy and support services to owner managed organisations operating in an international environment. Its holistic approach to the development of business solutions by building ad hoc task forces, combining international expertise and experience, to deal with specific projects, enables it to provide customer focused solutions that are cost effective.

D’Alessandro & Associates Ltd handles various projects primarily owner managed organisations that seek international development of their business. It has been involved in various local and international public sector projects, in the corporate re-structuring field. Its main areas of operations have been in the services sector in industries such as hospitality, telecommunications, informatics, healthcare and financial services.
