AllSecure International Ltd is a Maltese registered private limited liability company established in 2003 to operate electronic payment processing systems internationally. ASI holds an exclusivity contract with S.E. Link Ltd for the international development of the SecuriLink™ electronic payment processing systems.

It is able to generate a mixed revenue stream from such projects to be launched in different countries. It does this through a combination of one-time license fees, annual service charges, upgrade fees and transactions commission participation. In addition to card transaction processing, the SecuriLink™ system is enabled to provide an integrated communication network for electronic billing, supply chain and loyalty scheme management.

Following the success of SecuriLink™ in Malta with Bank of Valletta, AllSecure International Ltd is confident that there is significant opportunity in replicating the business model in other markets. In such a scenario, AllSecure International Ltd and its subsidiary companies in the different countries would team up with an existing or new acquiring organization in each target market on a long-term business development program. Discussions are already underway with potential partners in Milan, Belgrade, Budapest, Cairo and Shanghai and the preliminary feedback is very encouraging.

The first year of preparatory activities has been intense, with various business development trips in Europe, North Africa and Asia undertaken by the partner firms prior to the incorporation of AllSecure International Ltd. The results of these exploratory trips has been very encouraging and ASI expects to have four subsidiary firms operational in different countries by the end of its first full year of operations. The first subsidiary company has now been set up in Italy with PeopleNet s.r.l. as local partners. These are a well established telecomm and business services provider with broad experience of servicing discerning corporate customers within the Italian commercial and industrial sectors. This joint venture company is AllSecure Italia s.r.l and operates from its new offices at Centro Uffici San Siro in Milan.
