| Following discussions in March 2006 in Bucharest - Romania, between Mr. Samy el Saghir, chairman of AllSecure International Ltd, Mr. Nemanja Nikolic, General Manager of AllSecure (Beograd) d.o.o., and management of Rodipet Group led by the Chairman, Mr. Hassan Awdi, an agreement was signed whereby ASI is to install the SecuriLink electronic Top-up and Inventory management solutions linking around 5,000 retail kiosks in Romania. The deployment of the SecuriLink system is to commence in May 2006. |
